Director of Provincial Police holds the position of Deputy Secretary of Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee

On the morning of July 22, Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee held a conference to implement the personnel work process to elect the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, and introduce personnel for the People's Council to elect the Chairman of the Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term.

At the conference, the Head of the Organizing Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee announced the opinion of the Central Party Secretariat: "Agree to introduce Major General Nguyen Duc Dung - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Quang Nam Provincial Police to be elected to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, Chairman of the Quang Nam Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term".

Next, the conference approved the personnel introduction process of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to elect the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, for Major General Nguyen Duc Dung.

As a result, Major General Nguyen Duc Dung was unanimously elected by 100% of the delegates present to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

At the conference, 100% of the delegates present agreed to introduce Major General Nguyen Duc Dung to the Provincial People's Council Party Delegation and leaders of the Quang Nam Provincial People's Council to elect him to hold the position of Chairman of the Quang Nam Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term, in accordance with legal regulations.

Before being elected as Deputy Secretary of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee, Major General Nguyen Duc Dung held the following positions: Deputy Head of the Investigation Security Department of Quang Nam Provincial Police, Deputy Head of Nong Son District Police, Head of the Political Protection Department; Head of the Staff Department of Quang Nam Provincial Police, Deputy Director and Director of Quang Nam Provincial Police.
