On the afternoon of April 10, the Provincial Party Committee held a meeting of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee with leaders of specialized agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee in the first quarter of 2025. In the first quarter of 2025, closely following the leadership and direction of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Working Regulations of the Provincial Party Committee, the specialized agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee have advised the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on tasks and work according to the work program, inspection and supervision program, internal affairs, judicial reform, and prevention and combat of corruption, waste, and negativity in 2025 and other sudden and arising tasks; making an important contribution to advising the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee to lead and direct the completion of the province's political tasks synchronously and comprehensively in all aspects of Party building, political system building, socio-economic development, national defense and security. The focus is on advising on thoroughly grasping and implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation, the Action Program of the Provincial Party Committee to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW; leading and directing the implementation of the arrangement of the apparatus of party organizations, agencies and units in the political system according to the direction of the Central and the province on implementing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the 12th Party Central Committee; leading and directing the organization of the Lunar New Year 2025 in the spirit of Directive No. 40-CT/TW of the Secretariat. Continuing to advise on the preparation of the second report: Political report to be submitted to the 21st Provincial Party Congress, Report on reviewing the leadership and direction of the 20th Provincial Party Committee to ensure progress according to the set plan; directing the successful organization of the 28th Congress of the Xuan Khe Commune Party Committee, term 2025-2030 (a model congress at the grassroots level, term 2025-2030). The advisory work of specialized agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee has many changes, and the quality has been improved. In the second quarter of 2025, the specialized agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee determined: Continue to advise the Party Committee to lead and direct the synchronous and comprehensive implementation of Party building and political system building work; effectively organize the implementation of specialized resolutions, programs, and key projects of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on Party building work; closely follow the 2025 work program of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to advise on the implementation and completion of the 2025 work tasks on schedule, with quality and efficiency.

Concluding the conference, Comrade Dinh Thi Lua, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, proposed: Based on the assigned functions and tasks, the specialized agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee continue to advise the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee to lead and direct the effective implementation of the Provincial Party Committee's Resolution on Party building work from 2024 to the end of the 20th Provincial Party Congress; the 2025 work program of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee; the work program, inspection and supervision program, internal affairs work program, judicial reform and prevention and combat of corruption, waste and negativity in 2025.

Comrade Nguyen Minh Tien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies spoke at the conference.

Proactively advise the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee on leadership documents, direction, implementation, and concretization of the Central's directives, resolutions, conclusions, and regulations. Coordinate in advising and directing, developing the Project on rearranging commune-level administrative units of Ha Nam province; Project on streamlining the provincial Fatherland Front, provincial socio-political organizations, and mass organizations assigned tasks by the Party and State in the province; Project on organizing local parties and submit to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee for approval; advise and coordinate in developing the Project on rearranging and merging provincial administrative units. Review and prepare procedures for merging organizations, transferring cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, party organizations, party members; handing over documents, finances, seals, assets, etc. according to Party regulations and State laws; Focus on digitizing records (party members, cadres, inspectors, supervisors), and other documents serving the arrangement of administrative units. Advise leaders, direct, organize, inspect, and supervise the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation, and national digital transformation; Decision No. 204 of the Secretariat to ensure quality, timeliness, and efficiency.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also noted the specific tasks of each agency; responded to the proposals and recommendations of the delegates. At the same time, he requested the Provincial Party Committee Office to preside over and coordinate with the Party Committees of the Provincial Party Committee to receive, supplement and complete the report; advise on the issuance of the Notice and Conclusion of the conference so that the agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee can base on to deploy and implement effectively.
