Ninh Binh Education - From advanced model to comprehensive breakthrough

On May 8, the Department of Education and Training of Ninh Binh province organized a conference on typical advanced models in the education sector for the period 2020-2025.

In recent times, the patriotic emulation movements organized by the education and training sector of Ninh Binh province have been extensive, diverse, practical, effective, closely following the political tasks and characteristics of each unit and locality, encouraging and motivating cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and students to strive to compete in implementing the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies and successfully completing assigned tasks.

Emulation and reward work continues to be innovated in terms of content, form and quality. The leadership and direction role of Party committees and authorities ateducational institutions in emulation and reward work is enhanced.

The discovery, training, summarization and replication of advanced models are of interest and focus to educational institutions in the province.

Thanks to that, the rate of schools meeting national standards at all levels is currently 97.9% (an increase of 2.8% compared to 2020), of which 100% of public kindergartens, primary schools, and secondary schools in communes, wards, and towns meet national standards (meeting and exceeding the set targets. Particularly, preschool, primary, and secondary schools finished 2 years early.

The rate of solid classrooms reached 100%. 100% of schools in the province responded to the movement, the learning environment was significantly improved. The rate of students participating in extracurricular activities and life skills reached over 90%.

The work of preventing and combating school violence has made much progress, significantly reducing violations. Many schools have applied advanced educational models (such as STEM education, integrated teaching, project-based learning) to help students develop their creative thinking ability;…. contributing to the comprehensive, high-quality, and sustainable development of the province’s education and training sector, deserving to be one of the units with typical educational movements nationwide.

Regarding the direction and tasks for the 2025-2030 period, the education and training sector of Ninh Binh province will improve the quality of comprehensive education at all levels, with the goal of developing the province's education and training career in a comprehensive and solid direction; creating strong changes in quality and efficiency; effectively implementing the goal of improving people's knowledge, training human resources, fostering talents, better meeting the requirements of socio -economic development; affirming the prestige and quality of education and training in the Red River Delta region and the whole country.

At the conference, comrade Phan Thanh Cong, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ninh Binh province, launched the emulation movement for the period 2025-2030. Accordingly, the whole sector will actively compete to achieve achievements to celebrate important events of the locality and the country; compete to successfully implement the Resolution of the Party Congress at all levels for the term 2025-2030, in which the emulation of "Good Teaching - Good Learning" is the focus throughout the emulation movements.

At the same time, the industry competes to innovate in management and teaching and learning; implements digital transformation and administrative reform associated with building a team of teachers and managers with strong qualities, good expertise, and sufficient capacity to meet the requirements of the new period.

Compete to effectively implement comprehensive fundamental innovation in education and training; focus on innovating teaching and learning methods towards developing learners' qualities and capacities; implement the Education and Training Development Strategy to 2030, with a vision to 2045, contributing to the development of Ninh Binh province. Compete to build a disciplined, cultural, creative, motivated and happy educational environment.

Leaders of the Department of Education and Training of Ninh Binh province awarded certificates of merit to individuals with outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement, period 2020-2025.

On this occasion, 31 collectives and 67 individuals with outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement, period 2020-2025 were commended and rewarded by the Department of Education and Training of Ninh Binh province.
