On the morning of May 28, the Department of Political Work (X03) of the Ministry of Public Security announced that from June 6 to 8, the People's Public Security Force (CAND) will organize the music gala program Vinh quang CAND Vietnam with a series of special exhibition and performance activities along Le Loi Street and Nguyen Hue Walking Street (HCMC).
This event is part of the activities to celebrate the 77th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's call for patriotic emulation (June 11, 1948 - June 11, 2025), towards the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Traditional Day (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025).
X03 representative said that during the days of the event, people in Ho Chi Minh City and tourists will have the opportunity to admire the high-tech digital exhibition, combined with a museum of artifacts to honor the glorious feats and achievements of the People's Public Security Forces through the ages, along with modern weapons and equipment demonstrating the growing strength and potential of the people's armed forces in protecting national security.
In addition, the Public Security Forces also deployed interactive real-life experience areas from the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police units, anti-drug forces, cyber security, traffic police, etc., providing authentic experiences, helping people better understand the work, challenges and responsibilities of the Public Security Forces.
During the series of activities, people can also admire modern vehicles used in special missions; performances of leading motorcycles, escort motorcycles, police dog performances, qigong performances, trumpet music, etc.
According to X03 representative, the event series will end on the evening of June 8 with a music and art gala gathering famous artists such as My Tam, Tung Duong, Den, Soobin Hoang Son, Van Mai Huong, Hoa Minzy, Nguyen Tran Trung Quan, Lam Bao Ngoc.
The organizers said that the series of events taking place in Ho Chi Minh City will be more novel than the program taking place in Hanoi.
There are up to 27 experiential components with diverse activities; the maximum number of artifacts, weapons, and equipment displayed in the event; along with many interactive activities such as multi-sensory exhibitions, artistic light interactions... promising to be an impressive space for the people of the city named after Uncle Ho.
