Support building charity houses for poor households in Hung Ha district

Responding to the peak emulation campaign "300 days of joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" across the province, on the morning of May 28, the Thai Binh Provincial Red Cross visited and presented funds to support the construction of charity houses for the families of Ms. Nguyen Thi Huynh; Mr. Tran Van Ha in Thuong Phuc village, Van Lang commune; Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet in Phuc My village, Phuc Khanh commune, Hung Ha district. These are all poor households, in very difficult circumstances, with seriously degraded houses, not ensuring safety during the rainy and stormy season.

Mr. Tran Van Ha, in Thuong Phuc village, Van Lang commune (Hung Ha) received 60 million VND from the Humanitarian Fund to start building a new house.

The charity house of Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet's family in Phuc My village, Phuc Khanh commune (Hung Ha) is expected to be completed before September 2025.

Sharing the difficulties with the families, the Thai Binh Provincial Red Cross Society has allocated 60 million VND from the Humanitarian Fund to support each household to start building new houses. In addition to cash support, the Red Cross societies at all levels have also mobilized cadres, members, and volunteers to participate in working days, contribute materials, and give essential items to help households stabilize their lives soon.
