Traffic Police Department officers worked and asked the two teenagers who violated the law to write a commitment not to continue violating.

Previously, at around 2:30 a.m. on June 6, two teenagers, Truong Nhat M. (born in 2011, residing on Phan Dinh Phung Street, Phu Nhuan Ward, Thuan Hoa District) and Nguyen Quang T. (born in 2009, residing in Thuy Thanh Commune, Huong Thuy Town) drove a motorbike with license plate 75F2-031.xx of Truong S. (Truong Nhat M.'s father) on one wheel on Nguyen Hue Street (Thuan Hoa District).

Both were not wearing helmets and were driving under the legal age limit; the vehicle did not have a rearview mirror on the driver’s left side. The actions of these two teenagers not only violated the Road Traffic Law but also endangered themselves and other road users.

Because both were under 18 years old, the Traffic Police Department invited the guardian to the headquarters to work, made a record of the violation against Mr. Truong S. for the act of giving the vehicle to a minor to drive and temporarily impounded the vehicle according to regulations. At the same time, the two teenagers were required to write a commitment not to continue violating the law and reminded the family to pay attention, manage andeducate so that their children would not fall into illegal acts.
