Global CX summit 2025: Customer experience between technology and people

With a pioneering vision in modern management training and consulting, FSB Institute of Management & Technology officially announced the organization of the Global CX Summit 2025 - International Customer Experience Conference in Hanoi on December 13.

Global CX Summit 2025 is organized with the goal of becoming an international forum to share visions, strategies and advanced solutions in the field of CX. At the same time, the conference marks the efforts of the FSB Institute of Management & Technology in accompanying businesses in applying technology and innovation to optimize value for customers, towards developing international competitiveness.
