GNI supports improving self-protection capacity for students in Thanh Hoa province

The activity is organized with the aim of enhancing child protection activities and promoting children's interest in rights and self-protection in the new era.

At the program, 54 teaching sessions on “Improving Self-Protection Ability” (CES1) for grades 4&5 and 14 puppet shows “Good Puppet Show” (GPS) were held.

Through the familiar form of communication such as comics and role-playing dolls, along with vivid teaching methods, children have the opportunity to access knowledge in a deeper and more practical way about: basic rights of children; how to identify and protect precious body parts; recognize and respond to common dangerous situations.

Through this activity, GNI hopes to raise awareness of child rights and protection for primary school students, and contribute to creating a safe, healthy and comprehensive living environment for children in Vinh Loc in particular and Vietnam in general.
