The total starting price of the auctioned land is more than 114.808 billion VND. The deposit is more than 22.96 billion VND.

Investors winning the auction for land use rights must carry out investment and construction in accordance with the detailed construction plan approved by the Provincial People's Committee and the investment policy for the construction investment project of the Eastern Residential Area of ​​Kien Khe town, Thanh Liem district approved by the Provincial People's Committee.

Specifically, investing in the raw construction of housing projects with the quantity of 61 houses (accounting for 20.3% of the total number of land plots), construction density of 80%, height of 05 floors; investing in construction of technical infrastructure works; investing in social infrastructure works... The total investment of the Project is more than 224,521 billion VND.

The investor who wins the project auction will carry out investment, land, construction, environment procedures, construction of infrastructure and works on land, acceptance, completion of the project and putting it into use before the second quarter of 2028.

The auction is organized in the form of a public auction, widely open to organizations and individuals who have the need and are qualified to participate by direct secret ballot at the auction until there are no more investors requesting further auction, the investor with the highest bid (not lower than the starting price) is the investor who wins the auction for land use rights and according to the method of bidding up.
