Dong Nai will auction 6 more land plots from now until the end of 2025

It is expected that this November, the center will organize an auction of land use rights to implement the Chua Chan mountain eco -tourism , resort and entertainment project, Xuan Loc commune.

In December, the center will complete legal procedures to auction the right to use 5 land plots to implement projects: Mixed urban - commercial - service area project of about 51.6 hectares in Tran Bien ward (part of the project to convert the function of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park); Ecological urban complex project and thematic park in Phuoc An commune, area of about 102 hectares; land recovered from Dong Tien Joint Stock Company of more than 2.7 hectares in Tam Hiep ward; land recovered from Dong Nai Petroleum Company of about 1.9 hectares in Tran Bien ward and land recovered from Tan Mai Group Joint Stock Company of about 14 hectares also in Tran Bien ward to create revenue for the budget and supplement public investment capital, infrastructure development, and social welfare.

Previously, at the Finance sector meeting held on October 21, 2025, Comrade Vo Tan Duc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to strive to collect at least more than 14.3 trillion VND from land use rights auctions in 2025.

In the announcement of the conclusion of the meeting on November 1, 2025 on a number of key tasks and solutions in the last months of the year to achieve the economic growth target in 2025, the Provincial Party Standing Committee assigned the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee to focus on directing the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to accelerate the organization of land auctions according to the issued plan, ensuring the achievement of the set goals.

Land use rights auction is one of the important sources of revenue for the province. Through the auction, land plots are soon put into exploitation and used effectively, contributing to the completion of infrastructure of urban areas, industrial zones, residential areas and commercial - service areas. This activity creates resources for reinvestment in infrastructure development, creating momentum for the province to achieve the target of double-digit economic growth this year and the following years.
