Initial information, at the above time, the Nhuan Nam sleeper bus with license plate 37B-024.xx was traveling in the direction of Hanoi - Phu Ly. When reaching Quang Trung ward, Phu Ly city, Ha Nam province, the bus driver discovered smoke rising into the cabin so he stopped the bus for inspection.
Discovering the car was on fire, the driver shouted for more than 20 people in the car to quickly run down and escape.
