Meteorological experts warn that from tomorrow (May 28), the North and Thanh Hoa are likely to experience moderate to heavy rain and thunderstorms, with some places experiencing very heavy rain with total rainfall ranging from 30-80mm, and some places over 180mm. There is a risk of heavy rain (>100mm/3 hours).
