Hanoi hands over 2 hectares of land to Ung Hoa district for auction

(Dan Tri) - The Hanoi People's Committee has just decided to hand over more than 2 hectares of land to the Ung Hoa District People's Committee to implement the project of building technical infrastructure for the land use rights auction area in Van Dinh town and Lien Bat commune.

The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 261 on assigning to the People's Committee of Ung Hoa district more than 20,670 square meters (nearly 2.07 hectares) of land to implement the project of building technical infrastructure for the BT02 land use rights auction area in Van Dinh town and Lien Bat commune.

According to the decision, the location, boundary, and area of ​​the land plot limited by landmarks from M1, M2, M3, M4, M12, M13, M14, M15, M5 to M11, M1 are determined in the adjusted master plan drawing at a scale of 1/500 prepared by Hanoi Traffic Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company in 2024, approved by the People's Committee of Ung Hoa district and the attached diagram of the landmark coordinate positioning dated April 26, 2019 and August 4, 2023 by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.

Of the total of more than 20,670m2 of land, there are nearly 6,030m2 of residential land for auction of land use rights. The form of land use, for the People's Committee of Ung Hoa district, is that the State allocates land without collecting land use fees. The winner of the auction of residential land use rights is allocated land by the State with land use fees, with a long-term land use term.

14,642m2 is land for traffic and trees. The People's Committee of Ung Hoa district is responsible for synchronous construction with the general technical infrastructure of the area. Within 12 consecutive months from the date of receiving land handover in the field, the People's Committee of Ung Hoa district must put the land into use. In case the land is not put into use or the land use progress is 24 months behind the progress recorded in the investment project from the date of receiving land handover in the field, the People's Committee of Ung Hoa district is granted a 24-month extension of land use.

After the extended period, if the People's Committee of Ung Hoa district has not put the land into use or has not used the land in accordance with the content stated in this decision, the City People's Committee shall reclaim the land without compensation for the land, assets attached to the land and remaining investment costs on the land.
