Hanoi ranks 21 new relics and scenic spots

(PLVN) - The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a decision on ranking historical - cultural relics and scenic spots in the city.

According to the decision, 21 relics were ranked by the city.

The Hanoi People's Committee requests that after the relic is ranked, the People's Committees of the districts: Ha Dong, Hoai Duc, Dan Phuong, Thach That, Ung Hoa, Phu Xuyen, Thanh Oai, Ba Vi are responsible for publicizing the protected area of ​​the relic and organizing the preparation of boundary marker records and implementing boundary marker planting in the field according to their authority and current legal regulations.

The People's Committees of districts and towns where there are ranked relics are responsible for publicizing the protected area of ​​the relic; organizing the preparation and implementation of dossiers on placing boundary markers to protect the relics in accordance with regulations. At the same time, the People's Committees of communes, wards and towns with relics are responsible for establishing a relic management board, organizing the protection of the current status, space and original artifacts of the relics and managing revenue from relic activities in accordance with current regulations.

The City People's Committee also strictly prohibits construction and exploitation activities in the protected relic area. In special cases where there is a need to use land or build in this area, the approval of the City People's Committee is required.
