The night tour "Tran Vu Bell" at Quan Thanh Temple is a tourism product launched on the occasion of the 64th anniversary of the establishment of Ba Dinh District (May 31, 1961 - May 31, 2025) and the establishment of the Ba Dinh District Party Committee (June 9, 1961 - June 9, 2025).
Inspired by the traditional festival celebrating the coming of Saint Huyen Thien Tran Vu to bestow blessings - a sacred ceremony held annually at Quan Thanh Temple, the night tour program "Tran Vu Bell" takes visitors on a journey full of legends, bearing the colors of folk culture and long-standing beliefs of the Vietnamese people.
The program lasts 90 minutes and takes place weekly, with each program expected to welcome about 100 guests. The live performances are elaborately staged, harmoniously combining tangible and intangible culture, reviving memories of a sacred land associated with the ancient capital.

The highlight of the program is the stories associated with traditional craft villages such as Truc Bach - where Trinh's palace maids used to weave silk for the king, or Ngu Xa bronze casting village - where exquisite bronze artifacts are crafted and still preserved at the temple.
Through emotional theatrical language, the night tour recounts the thousand-year-old cultural values of Thang Long in a close, vivid and humane way, opening up a new approach in renewing heritage to connect with the present and the future.
In addition, the Management Board of the special national relic of Quan Thanh Temple has many activities to promote the value of the relic and tourist destination such as displaying 25 calligraphy paintings praising the merits of Saint Huyen Thien Tran Vu; arranging the display space of the old Tet space; the space of students going to the exam in tents; the calligraphy space recreating the beauty of asking for words at the beginning of the year; the display and experience space with ancient costumes such as Ao Nhat Binh, Ao Tu Than, Ao Ngu Than...
In particular, the cultural gift product “Tran Vu Quan Khanh” is inspired by the bronze gong cast in 1677, developed as an applied cultural symbol, creating a highlight in the strategy of combining heritage - creativity - economy .
The Relic Management Board has paid attention to investing in night tour products to attract tourists; becoming a cultural industrial product serving the cultural, social and economic development of the area in the coming period.
According to Chairman of the People's Committee of Quan Thanh Ward Nguyen Thanh Tung, the ward has directed the ward police and the grassroots security and order team to closely coordinate with the Relic Management Board and related units to patrol, monitor, and promptly handle situations arising during the organization of the night tour; at the same time, propagate and mobilize people to join hands to maintain security, order, and hygiene, contributing to creating a safe and orderly environment, helping tourists have the best experience when participating in the "Tran Vu Bell" night tour.
