The Department of Industry and Trade of Ha Tinh has just issued a plan to implement the second National Concentrated Promotion Program 2025 - Vietnam Grand Sale 2025 in the province. Accordingly, the program will take place from December 1, 2025 to January 18, 2026; participants are all traders as prescribed by law. The maximum value of goods and services used for promotion and the maximum discount for goods and services being promoted is 100%.

The program organizes promotions across the province, combining traditional trade activities and e-commerce to create a spread and attract the participation of production and business enterprises in all fields.
The purpose of the program is for businesses to proactively carry out many promotional activities with diverse and attractive content so that consumers can buy quality products and services at reasonable prices; stimulate the domestic consumer market in general and in the province in particular; promote production and business activities, contributing to the recovery and development of the country's economy . At the same time, raise awareness of consumers in the province about Vietnamese goods and services through communication activities on mass media.
In addition, through promotional activities combined with the organization of fairs, exhibitions, displays, product introductions and traditional festivals to attract, stimulate trade and develop tourism in the province.

The Department of Industry and Trade assigned the Trade Management Division to proactively inform and propagate about the program; support and facilitate traders in carrying out administrative procedures and promotional activities in the locality; coordinate with the Market Management Department and related units to monitor, inspect and handle poor quality goods, goods of unknown origin, goods violating intellectual property rights and promotional violations in the locality to ensure consumer rights.
Ward and commune People's Committees coordinate information dissemination so that businesses and consumers know, participate in the program and participate in buying and selling on e-commerce websites; proactively coordinate with Market Management Teams and local authorities to inspect and control goods.
Enterprises and production and business establishments proactively implement promotional activities; coordinate and participate in program activities to ensure compliance with legal regulations and protect the legitimate rights of consumers.
