The Organizing Committee of the Online Contest to promote administrative reform in Hai Duong province in 2024 has just issued the contest rules.

The contest will be held for 4 weeks, expected to start in mid-November. This is the first time Hai Duong province has organized an online contest on administrative reform.

According to the rules, candidates who are officials, civil servants, and public employees under the management of departments, branches, sectors, district-level People's Committees, and officials and civil servants of commune-level People's Committees will take the online multiple-choice test on software provided by the Organizing Committee using computers, tablets, smartphones, etc. with internet connection.

In 20 minutes, contestants answer 20 multiple choice questions and 1 prediction question "how many people answered all of the above questions correctly?". The prediction question is not counted in the total score but is a criterion for the Organizing Committee to consider the award. Contestants can take the test no more than 3 times, the system will automatically select 1 entry with the highest result to consider the award.

Participants register for the contest directly at the Hai Duong Provincial Electronic Information Portal and the websites of agencies, units, district and commune People's Committees, go to the banner "Online contest to propagate administrative reform work in 2024" or scan the QR code to access the contest.

The Organizing Committee will award collective prizes according to 2 groups: departments, branches, and districts, towns, and cities. Each group has 3 first, second, and third prizes (first prize worth 5 million VND). The results are based on the percentage of contestants and the average score of the entries of that unit. Agencies and units with a percentage of contestants below 50% will not be counted.

For individuals, the Organizing Committee will award 1 first prize worth 3 million VND, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes and 5 consolation prizes.

See details in the contest rules.
