On April 17, the Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee commented in Official Dispatch 2881 on requesting Thai Holding Joint Stock Company to arrange 1 block at the social housing project at Lac Vien Warehouse 3 for officials from Hai Duong to rent.
This building has about 400 apartments arranged to support cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of Hai Duong province to have a place to live to stabilize their work at the city's Political - Administrative Center.
The expected lease term is about 2-3 years. After this period, the investor will continue to sell social housing according to regulations.
The Social Housing Project at Warehouse 3 Lac, at 142 Le Lai, Ngo Quyen District, is invested by Thai - Holding Joint Stock Company with a total investment of nearly 4,900 billion VND.

The project has a prime location, considered the "golden land" of Hai Phong City with a land use area of nearly 17 hectares. The project has a scale of 10 blocks of 15-storey apartment buildings with about 4,448 apartments and 163 low-rise commercial houses (6 floors + 1 attic).
The Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee also requested CRV Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company to soon start construction of apartment buildings combined with commercial services (33 floors high) on land lots from HH1 to HH4, in the area of Do Muoi Street (Thuy Nguyen District) extending on May 13, 2025 and complete on May 13, 2027. When opening for sale, the investor will give priority to Hai Duong officials.
The Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee assigned the City Department of Construction to guide and urge Thai-Holding Joint Stock Company and CRV Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company to implement the above contents.
At the same time, coordinate with the Department of Construction of Hai Duong province to synthesize needs, discuss with investors and report to the City People's Committee.
