With the theme "Green Journey – Giving Trust, Receiving Happiness," the Tien Phong Half Marathon 2025 is not just a sporting event, but also a powerful message about a positive lifestyle, environmental awareness, and community spirit. The tree-lined running route and fresh air on weekend mornings allow athletes to fully enjoy the competition experience amidst a modern urban environment that is close to nature.
The tournament was made even more exciting with the appearance of Miss Vietnam 2024 Ha Truc Linh, along with ambassadors and other Miss Vietnam beauties such as My Van, Phuong Thy, Nhat Le, Thanh Binh, and Taekwondo hot-girl Chau Tuyet Van. The presence of these prominent figures contributed to inspiring and creating an enthusiastic atmosphere right from the starting line.
The Tien Phong Half Marathon comprises three distances: 21.1 km, 10 km, and 5 km, open to both men and women. The half-marathon distance is divided into five age groups, from 16 to over 60 years old, offering runners the opportunity to conquer the challenge. The organizers apply reasonable time limits, ensuring safety and a complete competition experience for athletes.
Following fierce but spirited competitions, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes to outstanding individuals in each distance. Speaking at the event, journalist Phung Cong Suong, Editor-in-Chief of Tien Phong newspaper and Head of the Organizing Committee, said that the tournament is a new piece in the sports ecosystem initiated by Tien Phong newspaper.
"The Tien Phong Half Marathon aims to spread a healthy lifestyle, harmony between humans and nature, and belief in the positive values that sports bring to the community," Mr. Phung Cong Suong emphasized.
