Mr. Le Hoai An, CFA, Founder of IFSS, training and banking consulting expert of Integrated Financial Solutions Joint Stock Company, shared a study by McKinsey that excellent customer experience helps businesses increase customer satisfaction by 10-20%; increase successful sales rate by 10-15%; reduce service costs by 20-50%; increase employee engagement by 20-30%.

“In other words, quality products combined with excellent customer experience are the way to help businesses keep the “fire” of trust, maintain and develop sustainable business operations,” Mr. An commented.

Making an emotional impression on Vietnamese consumers
