Journalist Ngo Quynh Lan, Head of the Resistance Tradition Club - Ho Chi Minh City Senior Journalists' Bloc, reported on the activities of the Club, not only clearly depicting the outstanding achievements but also spreading the spirit of perseverance and tireless dedication of the previous generation of journalists.
In the summary, journalist Ngo Quynh Lan emphasized: "We are no longer on the front lines, but we still keep in our hearts the fire of journalism - the fire that was forged from the years of resistance, building and defending the Fatherland. The club is a place to share, to fuel the young generation and to remind ourselves that journalists never retire in their mission to the truth and the people."

Throughout the past year, the Resistance Tradition Club - Ho Chi Minh City Senior Journalists' Bloc has maintained regular activities of visiting, exchanging, holding thematic discussions, writing memoirs, and compiling revolutionary press documents.
The club also regularly organizes exchanges with journalism students, awards scholarships and supports young writers in difficult circumstances, and inspires them about the ethics and mettle of revolutionary journalists. This is not only material support, but also spiritual support, helping young people understand that journalism is a profession of ideals and dedication.

That is a very precious and valuable asset, the next generations are inheriting the excellent achievements in serving the country and the people of uncles and aunts who have spent many years in the resistance war.

Mr. Nguyen Tan Phong emphasized: "The Ho Chi Minh City Journalists Association is very pleased to know that many uncles and aunts of the Senior Journalists' Group, despite their weak health, still think deeply about the Vietnamese revolutionary press and the journalism profession. Many members of the Senior Journalists' Group are still enthusiastic about learning, updating their knowledge, continuing to practice their skills, improving their professional qualifications and political courage to set an example for their children and grandchildren and participating in writing the book "A Time of Journalism".
