On the afternoon of June 4, the delegation visited Otgol ancient village - one of the most famous ancient villages in Korea, built in the 16th century, located in Donggu district, Daegu city. Welcoming the famtrip delegation of Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Tourism Association were representatives of the Korea Tourism Organization in Daegu, representatives of Donggu district government and Mr. Choi Joong Don - Chairman of the Otgol Hanok Ancient Village Management Board. The famtrip delegation was shared information about the formation and development process, scale of operation and management of the traditional ancient village model imbued with indigenous cultural identity.

During this promotional trip, Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Tourism Association also visited famous tourist attractions in Daegu such as: Songhae Ecological Park; Seomun traditional market serving tourists. Next, the delegation visited and worked with the Representative Office of the Korea Tourism Organization in Busan city, learning about tourism activities in Busan such as: Busan Film Festival Square (the largest film festival in Asia), Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, Oryukdo Skywalk glass bridge... The delegation also visited and learned about the model of shopping complex, restaurants, hotels, duty-free supermarkets of Lotte Group; learned about the operation and management, security and safety work for tourists of Busan Tourism industry.
South Korea is currently the largest tourist market for Khanh Hoa tourism. In the first 4 months of 2025, Khanh Hoa welcomed more than 812,000 South Korean visitors, an increase of more than 6.5% over the same period in 2024. Organizing tourism promotion in South Korea will contribute to promoting the relationship between Khanh Hoa tourism industry and major cities in South Korea; exchanging market information and solutions to attract more South Korean visitors to Khanh Hoa and vice versa.
