Support 700 billion VND for 4 localities to overcome storm and flood damage

On November 14, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed a decision on providing emergency financial support to Hue City, Quang Ngai Province, Gia Lai Province and Dak Lak Province to overcome the consequences of natural disasters.

Specifically, support 700 billion VND from the central budget reserve in 2025 for 4 localities to have more resources to focus on supporting housing for people (rebuilding collapsed houses, repairing houses with damaged roofs...), stabilizing residents in urgent natural disaster areas, restoring essential infrastructure works ( education , health, transportation, irrigation...). Of which, Hue city: 100 billion VND; Quang Ngai province: 100 billion VND; Gia Lai province: 300 billion VND and Dak Lak province: 200 billion VND.

The Prime Minister requested that by January 31, 2026, new construction and resettlement for households whose houses were swept away or completely collapsed by floods must be completed.
