According to Ms. Le Thi My Tien, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Hoa Luu Commune, the generosity of units and philanthropists is a great source of encouragement, adding strength to the locality in taking care of social security. This is not only material support but also a precious sentiment, contributing to fostering solidarity in the community.
In recent times, with the support of charitable organizations and individuals, Hoa Luu commune has carried out many meaningful activities such as: giving gifts to poor households, supporting students in difficult circumstances, helping lonely elderly people and poor patients. These activities clearly demonstrate the motto "No one is left behind", contributing to building a humane and compassionate society. In the coming time, the commune continues to call on philanthropists, businesses and children of the homeland to join hands for social security work, aiming at the goal of comprehensive and sustainable development, so that all people can enjoy a better life.

Hoa Luu Commune was established after merging the entire natural area and population of the communes: Tan Tien, Hoa Tien and Hoa Luu (old) with a large area and a population of more than 24,000 households. In which, the number of poor and near-poor households in the commune is still high, especially there are more than 100 students from families with difficult circumstances who need support.
On this occasion, the philanthropist presented 200 gifts to poor families; 100 gifts and 12 bicycles to disadvantaged students of Hoa Luu commune.
