Miss Ecuador Annie Zámbrano, 24, is an English teacher in her home country. She enjoys dancing, photography and playing basketball. After winning the national pageant, she focused on projects for the elderly.
Miss World is one of the two most prestigious beauty pageants in the world , along with Miss Universe, which was first held in England in 1951. The 71st edition will take place in India from February 18 to March 9, with 120 beauties from around the world competing. The reigning beauty queen, Karolina Bielawska, from Poland, who won the 2023 " Miss of the Beauty Queens " vote, will crown her successor.
