Miss Thuy Tien used to be the President of a perfume distribution company at the age of 23.

(NLDO) - Before being arrested for violations regarding Kera vegetable candy, beauty queen Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien held the position of President of Pharco Joint Stock Company at the age of 23.

According to authorities, Kera vegetable candy food supplement is a product of Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien and shareholders of Chi Em Rot Company.

In which, Miss Thuy Tien enjoys the profit according to the capital contribution agreement, equivalent to 30%, the remaining shareholders contribute 70% of the shares. Thus, Thuy Tien is a shareholder of Chi Em Rot, not in the role of an advertiser.

Notably, before participating in Sisters of the Basket, Miss Thuy Tien invested in Pharco Vietnam Joint Stock Company, established in 2021 in Hanoi - the owner and exclusive distributor of Adopt' perfume in the Vietnamese market.

At the time she was appointed as the president of the perfume distribution company, Thuy Tien was only 23 years old and had not yet been crowned Miss Grand International 2021.

The company is headquartered in Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi with two registered business lines: wholesale of food (functional food business) and wholesale of other household items (wholesale of perfumes, cosmetics and cleaning products).

At the time of establishment, Pharco Vietnam had a charter capital of 4 billion VND, in which shareholder Le Thanh Cong contributed 2.2 billion VND, equivalent to 55% of the capital, shareholder Dao Thi Ha contributed 400 million VND, equivalent to 10% of the capital, shareholder Nguyen Ngoc Sang contributed 1 billion VND, equivalent to 25% of the capital and Miss Thuy Tien contributed 400 million VND, equivalent to 10% of the capital.

Ms. Vo Thi Loc (born in 1997) holds the position of Director and legal representative of the enterprise. Meanwhile, Miss Thuy Tien holds the position of company president.

In February 2022, Pharco Vietnam announced the appointment of Vlogger Quang Linh as Vice President.

Along with that, Adopt' Vietnam said it will donate 1% of its lifetime revenue to Vice President Quang Linh's charity fund to bring more value to the community.

Up to now, the website adopt.vn still keeps posts with images of Miss Thuy Tien and Vlogger Quang Linh to promote on the website and social networking platforms.

On some e-commerce platforms, many of the company's perfume products have reached thousands of sales.
