The exhibition attracted the attention of art lovers and the press.
According to the organizers, the name of the exhibition was not just a random choice, but as artist Aleksandr Zhuravlev said, it accurately conveyed the magical appeal of Chinese national paintings.
"I like Chinese painting for its emotional completeness; in it you can express your feelings and experiences. And of course, its positive orientation leaves the audience with a feeling of joy and overwhelming beauty. As Dostoevsky wrote "Beauty will save the world ", I hope that the audience who come to the exhibition will take this joy and beauty with them", shared artist Aleksandr Zhuravlev.
Aleksandr Zhuravlev is a Russian painter and talented calligrapher. He is also a teacher of Chinese painting and calligraphy, and has many calligraphy works in private collections in Russia, China, Vietnam, the United States, France, Italy, Austria and the United Kingdom.

The passion for drawing became ingrained in the artist Aleksandr Zhuravlev from an early age. Art education was limited to visits to the school art studio, but he always had a pencil at hand. In his free time, he drew cartoons, sketched animals, birds, and portraits of friends and relatives.
From his serious passion for Wing Chun martial arts, he had the need to study the culture and philosophy that played an important role in the formation of Chinese martial arts. One of the cultural phenomena that impressed him the most was the art of Chinese calligraphy.
In the late 1990s, tea culture clubs began to appear in Moscow, Russia, where enthusiasts introduced visitors not only to the art of Chinese tea but also to other aspects of Chinese culture: qigong practices, feng shui, Chinese painting, calligraphy. In one of these clubs, called Yi Lin ( Art Forest) , he met a calligraphy mentor who guided him in the world of Chinese calligraphy. Aleksandr Zhuravlev received serious fundamental knowledge, which served as a basis for further studies, first in Chinese calligraphy, then in Chinese painting. He began his work in Russia, followed by Vietnam and China.
