Complete the first subsidy payment and one-time subsidy payment according to Decrees No. 116/2010 and 76/2019 of the Government before June 16, 2025.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Ha Sy Dong, has just signed and issued a document directing the Department of Education and Training; People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to review the payment of first-time and one-time allowances according to Decree No. 116/2010/ND-CP dated December 24, 2010 of the Government on policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees and salary earners in the armed forces working in areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions and Decree No. 76/2019/ND-CP dated October 8, 2019 of the Government on policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and salary earners in the armed forces working in areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions, and at the same time send a report of the results to the Provincial People's Committee through the Department of Home Affairs before June 15, 2025 for monitoring, synthesis and general management.

Accordingly, based on the list of cadres, civil servants, public employees; commune-level cadres and civil servants who are eligible but have not yet received the first subsidy, one-time subsidy according to the provisions of Decree No. 116/2010/ND-CP and Decree No. 76/2019/ND-CP (agencies and localities have compiled and reported), Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ha Sy Dong requested agencies, units and localities to review the records and work process of each case to specifically identify subjects eligible for the first subsidy, one-time subsidy according to the provisions of Decree No. 116/2010/ND-CP and Decree No. 76/2019/ND-CP and promptly pay the regime to eligible subjects. Assign the Director of the Departmentof Education and Training, the Chairmen of the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to be responsible to the Provincial People's Committee for the timely and effective implementation of the above contents.
