Dak Mi 2 Hydropower Plant with a capacity of 147MW (including 3 units of 49MW) is built in Phuoc Chanh commune (Da Nang city) by AGRITA - Quang Nam Energy Joint Stock Company as the investor.
AVC was assigned by the investor to repair, replace the working wheel, align and test run Unit H1. This is an important job in the overhaul of the hydropower plant.
Handed over Unit H1 by the investor on June 2, 2025, AVC focused on human resources, immediately started measuring, taking unit parameters, assessing the equipment condition before and after starting the machine, and overhauling and replacing the working wheel of Unit H1.
The main workload includes receiving and handing over equipment; surveying and developing measures to replace the impeller; replacing the impeller, upper and lower rings of Unit H1; adjusting, testing, and dynamically balancing to put the unit into stable operation.
With focus and responsibility, AVC has completed the work of replacing the working wheel of Unit H1 with quality assurance and 3 days ahead of schedule. This is an important step to improve the efficiency of the unit, contributing to ensuring safe, stable, reliable operation and optimizing the power generation capacity of Dak Mi 2 Hydropower Plant during the 2025 flood season.
