Complete 10,000-seat stage before October 24

For the outdoor stage area at October 30 Square in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province - where the celebration took place on the evening of October 28 with about 10,000 attendees, Mr. Cao Tuong Huy requested that the grandstand area ensure a safety factor 2.5 times higher than the design capacity. By October 24, the construction unit must complete all work at the celebration area to serve the rehearsal and general rehearsal of the program.

The Department of Culture and Sports of Quang Ninh and related departments, agencies and units will speed up the completion of the exhibition on the history and general planning of Quang Ninh, the planning of affiliated localities and the socio -economic development achievements of the province through the stages before October 22.

In particular, pay attention to the arrangement of displays, moving the planning model to reasonable positions, ensuring systematicity, and supplementing the display of works at the Contest to learn about "Quang Ninh 60 years of construction and development".

As reported by Nguoi Dua Tin , the 60th anniversary of Quang Ninh province's founding took place from 7:30 p.m. on October 28, 2023 at October 30 Square in Hong Hai ward, Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province.

The celebration was themed “Aspiration to build a model Quang Ninh, rich, beautiful, civilized and modern” with the participation of about 10,000 people. Among them, there were 4,000 delegates, parade forces and 6,000 people of Quang Ninh province.

The script of the Anniversary Ceremony was solemnly constructed, smoothly combining the ceremony, the parade and the unique art program with consistent political ideology, high generality and strong cultural, spirit and will of the people of the Mining region through 60 years of construction and development.

The program ended with a 15-minute high-altitude fireworks display at sea, hosted by the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command, in coordination with local agencies and units .
