Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Thuy, Principal of Nguyen Sieu Secondary and High School, said that to educate students about patriotism on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of Vietnam's National Day, the school organized many meaningful activities.
In particular, the MV "Uncle Ho's Youth Generation" was specially introduced, composed by musician Trieu Dang, performed by a group of students from grades 7, 8, 10, 11, and 12 of the school in 9 languages.
Nguyen Bao Anh (7ME2, sings Polish), Nguyen Minh Tung (7CI2, sings Japanese), Ngo Tue Man (7CI5, sings Chinese), Dau Khanh Phuong (11AS2, sings Chinese), Luu Thanh Lam (8IG1S4, sings Russian), Do Gia Minh (10IG2S3, sings German), Bui Tuan Minh (11AE2, sings Vietnamese), Nguyen Mai Huong (11AE4, sings English), Ngo Minh Tuan (12AE3, sings Indonesian), Nguyen Thanh Vinh (12AL3, sings Spanish).
This is an artistic product that conveys a message of national pride, gratitude to previous generations, and affirms the aspiration for international integration of today's Vietnamese youth.
According to Ms. Thuy, the special meaning of the MV lies not only in the creativity of bringing a traditional song to the audience in 9 languages, but also in the spirit of integration. The students have brought Vietnamese music closer to international friends, while affirming the image of a young generation of Vietnam with a strong spirit and confidence to walk side by side in the global era.
Previously, the school organized a themed activity "Under the shadow of the national flag", with an emotional activity when nearly 2,000 teachers and students of the school lined up in the shape of a giant national flag in the schoolyard and sang together the song "As if Uncle Ho were here on the day of great victory".

Students participated in the “Homeland in the Heart” contest, which included activities such as creating paintings, short videos, songs, and poems. The contest received 1,437 paintings created by students.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Thuy believes that education is not only about imparting knowledge, but also about sowing in the soul of each young generation the flame of love for the homeland, a strong will, a sense of responsibility for the nation's future and the desire to expand the frontiers of knowledge, bringing Vietnam on par with the world powers.

Sharing with students on this occasion, Ms. Thuy emphasized that the country is entering a new era, an era of deep integration, of artificial intelligence, of explosive science and technology. Students, the Gen Z generation today, are growing up in a peaceful country, in a context of deep integration and a world of borderless technology.
“On that journey, I hope you will keep a warm heart - a bright mind and strong hands, to continue the spirit of our ancestors, of previous generations. Study to become good, practice to have a stronger character, and live to contribute to the community, to the Fatherland,” she advised the students.
