
As the 2025 High School Graduation Exam is approaching, 12th graders in Ha Tinh are focusing all their efforts on the "sprint". This is the first exam organized under the 2018 GeneralEducation Program with many new points, requiring careful preparation and high concentration not only from the students but also from the close companionship and support of the school, teachers and the provincial education sector.
At Cam Binh High School (Ha Tinh City), with more than 435 grade 12 students, the review atmosphere is taking place very urgently. The school's Board of Directors and teaching staff have identified this as a key stage, requiring a clear and flexible strategy to help students adapt to the changes of the new exam.


Ms. Dao Phuong Lan - Vice Principal of Cam Binh High School shared: "Immediately after the Department of Education and Training announced the results of the mock exam, the Board of Directors and the team of teachers conducted a thorough analysis of the score distribution. Based on the results, we developed an adjusted review plan, focusing on supplementing students' missing knowledge, while enhancing training of skills in line with the competency assessment orientation of the 2025 exam. We strive to take advantage of every time slot to support students.
In particular, the school has thoroughly grasped the spirit of Circular 29 on the management of extra teaching and learning; on that basis, we encourage teachers to spend time supporting and guiding students for free outside of class hours in many forms, while focusing on guiding them to maximize their ability to self-study and self-study effectively at home. Tutoring solutions are also applied flexibly, suitable for each student's level, with the common goal of helping them to be solid in knowledge, skills and most confident for the upcoming exam."

The review atmosphere is also taking place seriously and effectively at Cu Huy Can High School (Vu Quang), where 152 grade 12 students are diligently preparing their knowledge. Here, the review work is organized scientifically , with high concentration from both teachers and students to systematize knowledge, practice necessary skills and get familiar with new types of questions.
Mr. Nguyen Tien Phong - Vice Principal of the school informed: "In this year's high school graduation exam, students will take 4 subjects (2 subjects less than last year's exam). In order to help students confidently enter the exam, the school has focused on reviewing both compulsory subjects and elective subjects in accordance with the spirit of the 2018 General Education Program and the orientation of the 2025 exam. In addition, the teaching plan is flexibly built to stimulate and promote the self-study ability of each student. In particular, in-depth analysis of the results of the mock exams organized by the school and the Department is an important basis for us to continuously adjust the content and teaching methods to be most effective, helping students get used to the pressure and structure of the exam in the new format".

In addition to the support from the school, each student has also built their own review roadmap, suitable for their abilities and personal goals. Tran Trong Hung - a student of class 12A1, Nghi Xuan High School said: "This year's exam has many new points. Realizing this change, I have focused more on building a solid knowledge foundation and practicing thinking and problem-solving skills. At the same time, I allocate reasonable review time for each subject, choose appropriate materials and constantly practice solving questions to consolidate knowledge. With active preparation, I hope I will achieve my goals."
Identifying that the top priority at this time is to focus on reviewing for the high school graduation exam, Bui Van Nam - a student of class 12A1, Cam Xuyen High School is also taking the opportunity to review knowledge and practice test-solving skills. "With the desire to apply for block A00 to Hanoi University of Science and Technology and the Military Technical Academy, I am spending maximum time to systematize and consolidate knowledge of the subjects. In addition to studying in class and practicing test questions at home, I also proactively participate in supplementary courses to improve my skills and test-taking speed. Although the final exam review period requires high concentration, I still focus on building a scientific schedule, balancing between studying, resting and entertaining appropriately to ensure the best health for the upcoming exam" - Van Nam shared.
Fully aware of the importance of the "sprint" stage and the new requirements of this year's exam, high schools in Ha Tinh are synchronously implementing many effective exam review solutions, ensuring that students are best prepared in terms of knowledge, skills and psychology.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Le Nam - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training said: "To best prepare for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, in the past time, the Department has focused on directing and guiding schools to organize teaching and learning activities, build review programs that closely follow the structure and reference questions according to the orientation of the Ministry of Education and Training, ensuring accurate review. We have also mobilized a team of core teachers across the province to compile a rich question bank system and quality reference question sets, sending them to schools to serve teaching and review work.
In addition, the Department has also organized the 2025 High School Graduation Mock Exam to help students consolidate their knowledge and practice their test-taking skills; at the same time, this is an opportunity for teachers and schools to deeply analyze the results, identify the causes of limitations in order to have timely and appropriate solutions for each student and each school. All of these efforts have the same ultimate goal of contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam in Ha Tinh."
The final stage of the 2025 high school graduation exam in Ha Tinh is taking place with great enthusiasm and determination. The 2025 high school graduation exam will take place from June 26 to 27. The whole province has 17,044 candidates taking the exam, of which: 13,892 general education students, 3,152 continuing education students registered to take the exam under the 2018 General Education Program. In addition, there are 369 independent candidates registered to take the exam under the 2006 General Education Program.
