The 1st Autumn Fair - 2025 has closed with impressive numbers, affirming its position as one of the largest trade promotion events in Vietnam.

Held on an area of ​​130,000 m², the fair brings together 2,500 domestic and foreign enterprises and organizations, with 3,000 standard booths displaying a variety of products from consumer goods, agricultural products, processed industries to technology and innovation.

According to the Organizing Committee, the fair attracted an average of 100,000 visitors per day, the highest level ever in domestic trade promotion activities. The large number of visitors not only came from localities but also included the presence of many international business delegations and traders from Japan, Korea, China, Singapore, New Zealand and the European Union.

The 2025 Autumn Fair is not just a place to promote goods, but has actually become a real trading platform, connecting supply and demand.

Trading and business connection activities took place vigorously throughout the 10 days of organization. The average revenue of each booth reached about 300 million VND, bringing the total direct revenue of the entire fair to nearly 1,000 billion VND, of which the local booth area reached 50 billion VND. In addition, the total value of transactions, contracts and memorandums of understanding (MoU) reached nearly 5,000 billion VND, of which the local booth area alone accounted for about 500 billion VND.

The leader of the Domestic Market Department ( Ministry of Industry and Trade ) assessed that the 2025 Autumn Fair is not only a place to promote goods, but has truly become a real trading platform, connecting supply and demand, promoting production chain linkages and expanding export markets. This is a testament to the organizational capacity and new vitality of Vietnam's domestic trade in the digital era.

Within the framework of the fair, the Organizing Committee organized 30 conferences, seminars and thematic forums, along with the selection of 30 typical booths to honor innovative, environmentally friendly products with export potential. More than 100 cooperation agreements and memorandums of understanding were signed, opening up new directions for Vietnamese enterprises in the global supply chain.

Spreading the image of Vietnamese products and the spirit of sharing

Not only a place for trade, the 2025 Autumn Fair is also a space to spread culture, social responsibility and the image of modern Vietnam. The fundraising program to support the people of the Central region affected by storms and floods - launched by the Prime Minister at the opening ceremony - has raised more than 2 billion VND in just the first few days, and is expected to increase sharply during the closing ceremony.

The 1st Autumn Fair - 2025 has affirmed its position as a national trade - investment - cultural promotion event, contributing to realizing the goal of developing the domestic market, improving the competitiveness of Vietnamese enterprises and promoting the Vietnamese national brand in the international arena.

A representative of an agricultural enterprise participating in the fair said that the amount of goods sold reached 80% in just the first week. The enterprise highly appreciated the opportunity to connect with partners and positive feedback from consumers, and also said that this year's fair was organized methodically, professionally and effectively. "We sold out nearly 80% of our products in just the first week. But the greatest value is not in sales, but in the opportunity to find new distributors and receive direct feedback from consumers. This fair was organized methodically, there were a lot of visitors and there was a real need to buy," the enterprise representative emphasized.

From a consumer perspective, Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan, a visitor from Hanoi, shared, “What impressed me most is that Vietnamese products are now not only more beautiful but also modern, applying technology, and sophisticated packaging. Many booths have digital experience models, scanning QR codes to know the origin of the products. It feels very convenient and trustworthy.”

The Ministry of Industry and Trade commented that the success of the 2025 Autumn Fair shows the trend of shifting from simple trade promotion to comprehensive trade promotion, closely linking trade - investment - innovation - digital transformation.

Online international trade sessions combined with direct cooperation have helped domestic enterprises easily access foreign partners, save costs and increase connection efficiency.

In parallel with the activities at the hall, multi-platform communication work was strongly deployed. Tens of thousands of news, articles, and videos about the Fair were posted on newspapers, radio stations, news sites, and social networks. The total number of online views exceeded 100 million, of which livestream sessions reached 2,000-20,000 views per session - numbers that demonstrate the heat and wide influence of the event.

According to experts, the 2025 Autumn Fair has far exceeded its original goals in terms of scale, content and impact. The event not only helps businesses promote their brands, but also contributes to improving the competitiveness of Vietnamese goods, strengthening consumer confidence and creating momentum for domestic economic development.
