Currently, the association has 134 groups, 18 teams with 2,305 core members participating with other forces to resolve cases at the grassroots level; in the first 6 months of the year, it has coordinated to resolve 12 hot cases in the locality, and rehabilitated and educated 32 offenders who have made progress to integrate into the community. The association at all levels maintains 323 models of "Self-managed Veterans' Path"; 192 Veterans' Clubs protect the environment; organized 316 propaganda sessions, educating patriotic traditions for more than 17,000 youth, students, and officials and members. The association has mobilized and raised more than 550 million VND to support the construction and repair of houses for members in difficult circumstances. Officials and members donated more than 1,300 square meters of land to build roads and public works... Since the beginning of the year, the association has considered and admitted 284 new members; at the same time, it has promoted and recruited 304 soldiers who have completed their military service and have been discharged from the army to join the veterans' club.
At the conference, the Executive Committee of the Provincial Veterans Association identified a number of key targets and tasks for the last 6 months of the year: Implementing the organization of studying and thoroughly grasping the resolutions and directives of the Party and the State's policies on merging provincial and commune-level administrative units; promoting the dissemination of legaleducation , crime prevention and control; coordinating the organization of cultural, artistic, physical education and sports activities, and propagating the celebration of major holidays and important events of the country and locality; completing the writing of the Chronicle of historical events of the Provincial Veterans Association from 2015 to present; doing a good job of preparing and successfully organizing the Party Congress for the term 2025 - 2030; organizing the consolidation and arrangement of the organization and staff after merging into the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province, merging the provincial and commune levels; Organize and direct all levels of the association to summarize the association's work, evaluate emulation and rewards in 2025 and develop directions, targets and tasks for the association's work in 2026...
