District 6 Women's Union strives to help women become economically independent

The District 6 Women's Union has just coordinated with the Department of Internal Affairs and the Ho Chi Minh City Employment Service Center to organize a vocational training consultation and job introduction exchange for part-time workers, workers, and women members in the district.

The program attracted the participation of 15 businesses, companies and recruitment units operating in Ho Chi Minh City, along with the presence of more than 350 workers coming to learn, register for career counseling and seek job opportunities.

The job exchange is not only a place to connect labor supply and demand, but also an opportunity for women, women's union members, and workers to receive career advice and orientation based on their abilities and actual needs, thereby improving the quality of local human resources, contributing to sustainable socio -economic development. Women and women's union members have the opportunity to find jobs and assert themselves in society.

Also within the framework of the program, the Association organized Green Agricultural Products booths, promoting and displaying products started and run by women in District 6.
