Gen Z spreads the message of living empathetically in the digital age

"Youth psychology" is the focus of TEDx CNN Youth 2025: The Phoebe Phenomenon, where personal stories are shared to "decode" emotions, break down stereotypes, and spread the message of empathetic living in the digital age.

Inspired by TED talks, TEDx, renowned for its "Idea worth spreading" spirit, has conveyed profound messages about psychology, "decoding" psychological phenomena with the aim of building a community where mental health issues are no longer a hidden fear.

The event featured content creator Chao (Chau Anh) with a story about overcoming the past, a call to self-acceptance, and a forward-looking perspective. Writer Hien Trang – author of fantasy works – affirmed the role of literature as a tool for reflecting human psychology through a surreal lens.

The students also demonstrated independent thinking through their emotional speeches, affirming the voice and aspirations of Generation Z. The event, organized by a group of students from the High School for Foreign Languages ​​(University of Foreign Languages ​​– VNU Hanoi), attracted nearly 200 participants.

Foreign Language students "pave the way" for dialogues on mental health.
