(BLC) - On the afternoon of August 1, in Than Uyen district, Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Decision of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on personnel work. Attending the conference were comrades: Vu Manh Ha - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board; Office of the Provincial People's Committee; District Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee of Than Uyen district; member of the Executive Committee of the District Party Committee, term XVIII; leaders of agencies and units under the District People's Committee; Office of the District Party Committee, People's Council - People's Committee of Than Uyen district.

At the conference, Comrade Mac Quang Manh - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board announced Decision No. 909/QD-TU dated July 28, 2023 of the Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee on transferring and appointing to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of Than Uyen District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term. Accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Board decided: Comrade Pham Hong Thai ceased to hold the position of Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee; transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of Than Uyen District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term from August 1, 2023.

Comrade Vu Manh Ha - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee presented the decision to comrade Pham Hong Thai.

Speaking at the assignment, Comrade Vu Manh Ha - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized: Comrade Pham Hong Thai is a young cadre with basic training. In October 2020, he was appointed to the position of Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee; during his work, he always strived to fulfill his assigned duties and responsibilities. The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee believes that Comrade Pham Hong Thai in his new position will promote the capacity, strengths, spirit, responsibility, and enthusiasm of a young leader, continue to strive to practice and improve his qualifications in all aspects, actively stick to the grassroots to accumulate work experience; Together with comrades in the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, promote the spirit of solidarity, unity, leadership and direction to effectively implement the Resolution of the District Party Congress for the 2020 - 2025 term, especially the 5 key task groups and main solutions until 2025.

Regarding Than Uyen district, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Vu Manh Ha hopes that comrades in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and departments, offices and units in the district will continue to promote the tradition of solidarity and consensus, create all conditions, help and support comrade Pham Hong Thai to successfully fulfill his assigned duties and tasks.
