Conference to study, learn and disseminate the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, documents on the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels for the term 2026-2031

On the morning of October 31, 2025, the Provincial Party Standing Committee held a conference to study and disseminate the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, and documents on the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the term 2026-2031.

The conference was organized in a combined online format from the Provincial Party Committee connecting with 142 points of the Party Committees of Departments, branches, communes and wards in the province with more than 9,300 delegates attending.

Attending the Conference, at the Provincial Party Committee, there were comrades of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Executive Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Party Committee's Inspection Committee and leaders of specialized agencies and staff assisting the Provincial Party Committee.

At the Department of Science and Technology bridge point, there were comrade Ra Lan Truong Thanh Ha - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology, comrades in the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Department of Science and Technology, and all party members and outstanding people of the Party Committee of the Department of Science and Technology.

At the Conference, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Huynh Thi Chien Hoa disseminated the key contents of the Resolution of the 1st Dak Lak Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030 and the Action Program of the Provincial Party Committee to implement the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress.

Accordingly, the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 sets out 04 development perspectives, 05 groups of targets with 18 specific targets, 08 key tasks, 03 breakthroughs in 5 years of the term 2025 - 2030 and 04 main solutions for economic development, culture - society, environment, national defense and security.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Cao Thi Hoa An disseminated documents of the Central and the province on preparations for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, including: Directive No. 46-CT/TW, dated May 16, 2025 of the Politburo on leading the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term; Directive No. 02-CT/TU, dated August 1, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on leading the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term; Plan No. 08-KH/TU, dated October 24, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on leading the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and election of People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

In her concluding remarks, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Cao Thi Hoa An requested Party committees, authorities, localities and units to promote the spirit of solidarity, innovation, daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility for the common interest; lead, direct, operate and organize implementation resolutely, with focus and key points; assign tasks to ensure clear people, clear work, clear responsibilities, clear time, clear results, clear authority; strengthen inspection and supervision, ensure the implementation of assigned tasks in the spirit of turning aspirations into actions, turning actions into results, turning results into new beliefs, building Dak Lak province to develop rapidly, sustainably, civilized, and with identity.
