According to national custom, every spring and Tet, while everyone is busy preparing to welcome the new year, the press across the country publishes spring newspapers to serve the cultural enjoyment needs of readers.

Making and reading Tet newspapers have existed for a long time and through each period, although there have been certain changes, the general spirit of Tet newspapers is to summarize the work done in the past year, recording the good customs and practices of our people during the spring days.

In his opening speech, journalist Nguyen The Luc - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Journalists Association said that this year's Spring Newspaper Exhibition continued to receive the attention of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee and the coordination and active participation of Tay Ninh General Science Library to display and introduce a number of books on political theory, traditional history, culture of Vietnamese people in general, Tay Ninh in particular, about the war to protect the Southwest border and the fight to protect the Northern border.

The exhibition also displays hundreds of Spring newspapers of press agencies across the country. Among them, Tay Ninh province contributes many newspapers and magazines of press agencies, typically the Tay Ninh Spring Newspaper, Tay Ninh Literature and Arts Spring Magazine, Journalism of Tay Ninh Journalists Association and some special issues of departments and branches.
