More than 2.5 million comments on the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress

More than 2.1 million comments via VneID application

According to the Report on the results of organizing the collection of opinions from cadres, party members and people on the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party (from October 15 to November 4, 2025), localities, agencies and units have closely followed the direction of the Central Committee, deployed rich and flexible forms of propaganda, suitable to actual conditions, ensuring that all classes of people (at home and abroad) have the opportunity to access and participate in contributing opinions to the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.

During the period from October 15, 2025 to November 6, 2025, the organization of collecting opinions from cadres, party members and people on draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party was seriously, urgently and synchronously implemented by provincial, municipal and central party committees and achieved positive results:

Total number of conferences, seminars, and discussions to collect opinions from cadres, party members, and people: 3,908; number of comments: 127,584. Number of comments through the VneID application: 2,131,376. Number of comments in writing through the mail and newspaper system: 1,722. Number of comments through the online feedback system of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department: 240,583.

The total number of comments from cadres, party members and people on the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress is: 2,501,265 comments.

In which: The Draft Political Report of the 13th Party Central Committee at the 14th National Congress of the Party has 1,169,638 comments.

Draft Report summarizing a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process over the past 40 years in Vietnam: 792,533 comments.

Draft Report summarizing 15 years of implementing the Party Charter (2011 - 2025) and proposals and directions for supplementing and amending the Party Charter : 538,572 comments.

Other comments (about layout, form...) : 522 comments.

Through synthesizing comments, it shows that cadres, party members and people all highly agree with the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress, assessing that the draft was carefully prepared, comprehensive, accurately reflects reality, has a high vision and generality.

Public opinion highly appreciates the spirit of innovation in integrating three important documents into a political report, demonstrating innovative, scientific and practical thinking; helping cadres, party members and people easily grasp the overall situation of the country, the results of the Party's leadership and direction in the past term. At the same time, it creates favorable conditions for discussion, contribution of opinions, and improvement of the quality of documents submitted to the Congress.

There are many opinions focused on contributing to large, in-depth and highly practical content groups.

Through comments on the draft documents, the trust and expectations of cadres, party members and people for the Party's leadership, the spirit of innovation, science and openness in the process of preparing documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress have been shown.

Continue to expand and diversify forms of opinion gathering

Regarding the key tasks in the coming days, the Report clearly stated: continue to promote propaganda and dissemination of the contents of the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress, ensuring that the people have full access and have a basis to participate and contribute comments.

Expand and diversify forms of opinion collection, creating favorable conditions for cadres, party members, and people at home and abroad, especially in remote, isolated, and ethnic minority areas.

Focus on objectively and comprehensively synthesizing comments and suggestions, focusing on proposals with theoretical, practical and creative values, contributing to perfecting the vision and orientation for national development.

Strengthen inspection, supervision and urging of implementation; at the same time, promote propaganda work, orient public opinion, fight against erroneous viewpoints, and spread typical comments.

Localities affected by natural disasters need to flexibly adjust their plans, combine in-person and online forms, ensure safety, democracy, and promote the people's intelligence and enthusiasm in contributing ideas to build the 14th National Congress documents.
