More than 300 Dong Nai officials and teachers attended the conference to deploy exam procedures for the 10th grade entrance exam.

Attending the conference were more than 300 key officials and teachers who will take on the roles of head, deputy head, and secretary of 34 10th grade entrance exam sites across the province.

In addition to the above officials, the Department of Education and Training also mobilized a large number of teachers from high schools to perform exam invigilation duties; at the same time, there was active support from the Provincial Police, the Department of Health , and local authorities where the exam sites took place.

At the conference, leaders of the specialized departments of the Department of Education and Training deployed key contents related to regulations and procedures for organizing exams, invigilation, inspection and testing. Many situations that may occur in reality during the organization and invigilation of exams were also presented by the leaders of the department and instructions on handling measures, ensuring that the exam takes place safely, seriously and in accordance with regulations.

At the conference, Director of the Department of Education and Training Truong Thi Kim Hue requested that each key official of high schools, to supervisors and inspectors mobilized to perform duties at the 10th grade entrance exam, must firmly grasp and strictly implement the exam regulations and organization.

When arriving at the examination sites, the examination facilities must be carefully checked and the invigilators must be fully trained on all aspects of the examination organization and supervision. During the examination, the invigilators must create favorable conditions for the candidates but must be strict and serious, and absolutely not allow candidates to violate the examination regulations.

The 10th grade entrance exam for the 2025-2026 school year is the first exam under the new 2018 General Education Program. The exam will take place on May 29 and 30, with 21,400 candidates registering. The Department of Education and Training has decided to organize this year's exam about 1 week earlier than previous years.
