With the theme of Workers' Month 2025 "Vietnamese workers pioneer in entering a new era" and the Occupational Safety and Health Action Month "Strengthening assessment, identifying risks and proactively taking measures to ensure occupational safety and health at the workplace", the Hung Ha District Labor Federation directed grassroots unions to promote the emulation movement: "Good workers, creative workers"; build the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization", "Green, clean, beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and health"; mobilize workers and laborers to actively promote initiatives and technical improvements in production; focus on caring for and performing well the role of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers and laborers. At the same time, mobilize union members and laborers to promote discipline, order, creativity, constantly improve qualifications and skills; build a team of workers who are good at professional skills, responsible and creative; Organize training, instruct on safe working skills, occupational accident and disease prevention skills, organize periodic health check-ups for workers, and build a safe working environment.

At the ceremony, the Provincial and District Labor Federations commended 7 collectives with outstanding achievements in the movement "Green, clean, beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene" in 2025; 32 workers who are party members and excellent workers, typical in the emulation movements "Good workers, creative workers" and "Studying and following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh "; presented 185 gifts, worth more than 90 million VND to workers who have overcome difficulties, workers who have had work-related accidents and occupational diseases.
