Hung Yen is about to auction 188 land lots, starting from 10 million VND/m2

(Dan Tri) - 188 plots of land in Yen My, An Thi, Phu Cu and Tien Lu districts ( Hung Yen province) will be auctioned in April.

On April 4, Yen My district (Hung Yen province) will auction the right to use 54 plots in Hao Xuyen village, Tan Lap commune. The land plots have an area of ​​85-240m2/plot with a starting price of 22-30 million VND/m2. The form and method of auction is a direct secret ballot in one round for each plot of land according to the method of auction with ascending price.

On April 12, in An Thi district (Hung Yen province), 51 plots of land in Phu Ung commune will be auctioned. The plots of land have an area of ​​93-122m2/plot with a starting price of 21-25 million VND/m2. The form and method of auction is a direct secret ballot in one round for each plot of land according to the method of auction with ascending price.

On April 13, Tong Phan commune (Phu Cu district, Hung Yen province) will auction the right to use 27 plots of land for people to build houses. The land plots have an area of ​​92-166m2/plot with a starting price of 10-12 million VND/m2. The form and method of auction is a direct secret ballot in one round for each plot of land according to the method of auction with ascending price.

Also on April 13, Vuong town (Tien Lu district, Hung Yen province) will also organize an auction of the right to use 56 land plots (phase 2) for people to build houses in the new residential area of ​​Vuong town.

The land plots have an area of ​​103-276m2/plot with a starting price of 10-14 million VND/m2. The form and method of auction is a direct secret ballot in one round for each plot of land according to the ascending price auction method.

Previously, on March 5, the People's Committee of Dan Tien Commune (Khoai Chau District, Hung Yen Province) organized an auction of the right to use 41 plots of land for people to build houses, creating capital for infrastructure construction. The plots of land have an area of ​​74-133m2/plot with a starting price of 25-48 million VND/m2. Participants need to pay a deposit of 380 million VND to more than 1.2 billion VND.

As a result, all plots of land were successfully auctioned. Of which, the plot with the highest winning price reached more than 158 million VND/m2, nearly 3.3 times higher than the starting price. According to Dan Tri reporter's investigation, the plot with the highest price has an area of ​​103m2, with a total value of about 16 billion VND.

The plot of land with the lowest winning price of over 66 million VND/m2 is also different from the starting price of over 40 million VND/m2.
