By the afternoon of June 17, Huong Khe district ( Ha Tinh ) had exceeded the assigned target of granting electronic identification accounts to citizens with 65,232 accounts (100.22%).

To carry out the work of issuing electronic identification accounts to citizens, Huong Khe district was assigned 65,088 targets. Recently, the police force of communes and towns in the district has increased human resources, means, and machinery to organize the issuance of citizen identification cards and electronic identification accounts to people throughout the week.
In particular, to complete the task, Huong Khe District Police also actively coordinated to implement the campaign "Weekend as a commune police officer" - organizing work outside of office hours and on Saturdays and Sundays to speed up work progress.
Local authorities, departments, branches and organizations must work together to speed up the process of activating electronic identification accounts.
With the motto "do all the work, not all the hours", local authorities, departments, branches and organizations have joined in and accompanied with the highest sense of responsibility. In particular, Huong Khe District Youth Union has mobilized over 30,000 union members and youths to directly participate in supporting the activation of electronic identification accounts for local people.
Thanks to that, Huong Khe has exceeded the target of installing electronic identification for citizens 3 days ahead of schedule (target assigned by June 20). This is the first district-level locality in Ha Tinh to complete the target, creating favorable conditions for people to participate in civil transactions, as well as other utility groups in the goal of national digital transformation in the coming time.
Accordingly, as of June 17, the entire Huong Khe district has issued 65,232 electronic identification accounts, reaching a rate of 100.22%. Many communes and towns have exceeded the target such as: Huong Khe town (110.2%); Phuc Dong commune (107.5%); Huong Lien commune (106%)...
It is known that the whole Ha Tinh province has activated 792,451 electronic identification accounts, reaching 92.89%. Some localities such as Vu Quang, Can Loc, Nghi Xuan have reached a rate of over 98%.
