The establishment of military cells in Vu Quang district (Ha Tinh) aims to strengthen the Party's leadership over local military and defense tasks.

From December 19, 2023 to present, the Party Committees of 10 communes and towns in Vu Quang district have held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish military Party cells of communes and towns under their management.
The establishment of military cells in Vu Quang area aims to strengthen the Party's leadership over the militia and self-defense forces and mobilization reserves in the new situation and to strengthen the direct and absolute leadership role in all aspects of the Party committees over the armed forces at the grassroots level, helping the grassroots committees and authorities to lead and effectively carry out military work in the locality.
Vu Quang district leaders presented the decision to establish the Tho Dien Commune Military Party Cell.
At the ceremony to announce the decision, the leaders of Vu Quang district hoped that the military party cells in the district would thoroughly understand the operating regulations and guiding documents to operate the party cells effectively. After the establishment of the party cells, the military and defense tasks of the locality must be more solid.
In addition, the Party cells need to focus on building operating regulations and building political capacity for the commune military force; issuing resolutions closely following the local tasks. In particular, for the key tasks of the commune, there must be close coordination and unity under the direct leadership of the Party Committee, the government and the military agency of Vu Quang district; responsible for advising the Party Committee on training, recruiting and local tasks.
