At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Cong Dung - Secretary of Duy Xuyen District Party Committee presented a speech reviewing the Party's tradition over the past 95 years.
Mr. Nguyen Cong Dung said that to have bright spots in the glorious pages of the nation's history such as the August Revolution in 1945, the Dien Bien Phu victory, the great victory in the spring of 1975, the complete liberation of the South and the unification of the country, generations of fathers and party members had to go through countless hardships and sacrifices. It is difficult to recount all the glorious achievements that the Vietnamese revolution and the Vietnamese people under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam and beloved President Ho Chi Minh have established.
Promoting the heroic tradition of the Party over 95 years of construction and growth, in recent years, Duy Xuyen District Party Committee has focused on leading and directing the effective implementation of socio -economic development tasks, ensuring security and defense, and taking good care of the material and spiritual life of the people.
It is known that Duy Xuyen District Party Committee currently has 63 grassroots party organizations; including 13 commune and town party committees, 4 agency party committees, and 46 affiliated party cells. In 2024, Duy Xuyen District Party Committee admitted 91 new party members (reaching 130% of the set target), bringing the total number to 4,275 party members.
