Hyundai Thanh Cong delivers SantaFe car to coach Kim Sang-sik

The Hyundai SantaFe car handover ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Anh Tu - General Director of Hyundai Thanh Cong Vietnam Automobile Joint Stock Company (HTV), football coach Kim Sang-sik and HTV staff and assistants, key members of the Coaching Board.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tu, General Director of Hyundai Thanh Cong Vietnam Automobile Joint Stock Company shared: “ Sports – especially football – always has the power to connect people, overcoming all geographical boundaries. Therefore, Hyundai Thanh Cong Vietnam always pays special attention to sports activities in Vietnam, and is honored to accompany individuals who have made great contributions to the overall development of the country's football.

Today, we are very pleased to hand over to Coach Kim Sang-sik a Hyundai SantaFe as a durable and reliable companion, ready to accompany him in the future. The car is the crystallization of the creative spirit, modern technology and dedication of the Hyundai Thanh Cong Vietnam factory, expressing our gratitude and appreciation for his efforts towards Vietnamese football in particular and world sports in general.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Kim Sang-sik said: “Receiving this valuable car from Hyundai Thanh Cong Vietnam, I feel empowered and comfortable in my journey. This is also a great source of motivation for the whole team to strive for higher achievements in the future.

Previously, I used Hyundai cars for 15 years when I was in Korea and was always impressed with the quality and driving experience that this car brought. Hyundai cars are not only durable and reliable but also bring a sense of comfort and peace of mind on every journey. Now, living and working in Vietnam, a safe and convenient car like Hyundai Santa Fe is very important to me in my work as well as my daily life.

Coach Kim Sang-sik is a man who has made many outstanding contributions to the development of regional football, both at club and national team level.

Coach Kim Sang-sik is a prominent contributor to the development of football in the region, both at the club and national team levels. He has achieved many important achievements in his coaching career, including the 2024 AFF Cup championship, progress in the 2027 Asian Cup qualifiers, as well as helping the U22 team to third place in the international friendly tournament in March 2025. Coach Kim is recognized for his efforts to build an effective playing style, focusing on the sustainable development of football. He was also recently honored to be selected as the head coach of the ASEAN All-Star team in a friendly match against Manchester United. Before taking on his current role, he had a playing career with 59 appearances for the Korean national team and participated in the 2006 World Cup. As a coach, he led Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors to the 2021 K-League 1 championship and the 2022 Korean Cup, and was awarded the title of the best coach of the 2021 K-League.

Previously, Hyundai Thanh Cong Vietnam presented a Hyundai SantaFe car to Coach Park Hang-seo, showing its care and gratitude to individuals who have made great contributions to Vietnamese football and sports.
