On July 21, a working delegation led by comrade Le Trong Yen, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, visited and inspected administrative activities in the border commune of Dak Wil and Nam Dong and Cu Jut communes.
Also attending the working delegation were representatives of the Provincial People's Committee Office, the Departments of Home Affairs, Agriculture and Environment, Science and Technology.

All three commune-level administrative units inspected by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Trong Yen belonged to Cu Jut district (before the administrative unit arrangement). In particular, the border commune of Dak Wil was formed on the basis of arranging the entire natural area and population size of Ea Po and Dak Wil communes.
Cu Jut commune was formed on the basis of arranging the entire natural area and population of Ea T'ling town and the communes of Truc Son, Tam Thang, and Cu K'nia. Nam Dong commune was formed on the basis of arranging the entire natural area and population of Nam Dong and Dak D'rong communes.

The public administrative service centers of the three communes were established and officially put into operation from July 1, 2025. The centers have been receiving and serving well the administrative procedure settlement needs of the people.
However, currently, public administrative service centers still face many difficulties in terms of facilities and technical infrastructure. In particular, the area for receiving and processing documents in the border commune of Dak Wil is small and cramped, affecting the process of serving people.

Some administrative procedures related to land currently do not have specific instructions on procedures or are not synchronized on the inter-connected software system. This also significantly affects the reception and processing of people's records.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Trong Yen highly appreciated the efforts of the localities. In the face of many difficulties and limitations, the communes directed the implementation of tasks, ensuring the apparatus operated smoothly and without interruption.

Comrade Le Trong Yen requested that public administrative service centers focus on handling administrative procedures for the people. Officials and civil servants working here must constantly improve the quality and attitude of serving the people in performing their duties.
Regarding the difficulties of localities, the Provincial People's Committee acknowledges and provides necessary support, ensuring the increasingly effective and efficient operation of the government apparatus.
