Opening of training course for reserve cadres of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and key leadership positions

On the morning of July 5, Thanh Hoa Provincial Political School coordinated with Tho Xuan District Party Committee to organize the opening ceremony of the training course for reserve cadres of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and key leadership positions of the district, term 2025-2030, 2026-2031.

Overview of the training class.

The training course was attended by 80 outstanding cadres from Party committees, party organizations, agencies, localities and units in the district.

During the 8 days, students were taught 16 study topics, conducted practical research, wrote reports and presented results.

The training course was conducted based on the position and role of cadres and the work of training and fostering cadres. Thereby, it aims to foster and improve the quality and capacity of the cadre team to meet the requirements of the new period; demonstrating the high determination, great efforts, drastic and effective actions of the Standing Committee of Tho Xuan District Party Committee in proactively creating cadre resources for the next term.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Tho Xuan District Party Secretary Le Dinh Hai stated: Organizing this training course is very necessary and timely. This is a valuable opportunity for comrades to supplement and update new knowledge, new skills, improve political theory and management capacity to complete current tasks well, as well as create conditions for comrades to prepare knowledge and practical capacity, meeting the standards and requirements of future planning positions.
