This year's Mass Art Festival takes place over 3 days, from November 26 to 28, and will bring to the audience special performances, demonstrating the talent and creativity of non-professional actors from 10 units representing 8 districts, cities and 2 armed forces units of Bac Kan province. These are heroic songs, graceful dances, songs praising the homeland, country, army and people of Bac Kan.

The 2024 Bac Kan Provincial Mass Art Festival is part of a series of activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2024) and the 35th anniversary of the National Defense Day (December 22, 1989 - December 22, 2024). This event not only honors the glorious revolutionary tradition but also provides an opportunity to preserve and promote the unique cultural and artistic values ​​of Bac Kan; arousing pride in the heroic tradition of the Army and People of Bac Kan province in the resistance wars and the cause of defending the Fatherland.
